Though He were a Son, yet learned He obedience by the things which He suffered; and being made perfect,
He became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey Him.    Hebrews 5:8-9

2011 – A QUICK REVIEW

Many lives, young and old were changed through the ministry of ALACCA Bible Conference in 2011; some trusting Christ as their savior, some, Christians growing in their faith.

Our new Board Member, Bob Facey has a heart for God and all God's people. Bob and his wife Cristy live in Grangeville and worship at Grangeville Christian Church.

Rick Friesen has replaced Jim Unruh on the board due to health issues that kept Jim from being as involved as he would have liked. Rick and his wife Shanna live in Bonners Ferry and worship at the Grace Bible Fellowship there.

Our first High School Summer Intern, Alyssa Olson, was a blessing and confirmed the value of continuing and expanding that program. A huge thanks to Alyssa, her mom, Jill, and the congregation at the Cottonwood Creek Community Church!

Chip & Kim Wolfe are here on site as full time staff missionaries at ALACCA and Dody Belisario is now the Kitchen Manager. Praise the Lord for answered prayer! Chip & Kim can be supported through the ALACCA donation card and Dody is a missionary that can be supported through Valley Bible Church PO Box 280 Kooskia, Idaho 83539-0280.

Praise God who allowed ALACCA, even in these difficult financial times, to come out at the end of our fiscal year with a balance of $1,359.83. Finances came in to cover the renovation of the small house on the camp grounds which is now home to the Camp Director, Mark Kennedy and his family.

VOLUNTEER PROGRAM

PLEASE DON'T SKIP THIS SECTION! If you show up at ALACCA with a heart to serve God you will see Him do great and mighty things! ALACCA Bible Camp operates through missionaries and faithful volunteers with a heart to serve God. There are no paid staff at ALACCA. In order for God's work to carry on, impacting children and adults through the Gospel of Jesus Christ, more of God's people must step up to help!

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED. This past summer we were short of staff. It is important to glorify God in all we do here at ALACCA, and to honor the trust parents put in us to care for their children. So, after much prayer, we made the decision to close registration when there is not adequate staff. Our job during summer youth camps is to minister to the children who are coming to camp, both physically and spiritually. Many unsaved children come to camp – praise the Lord that He draws them here! Many children come to camp with incredible hurt and pain – even at a very young age. We need volunteers willing to provide a listening ear and a Christ filled heart to meet these needs.

You can be too young to serve at ALACCA, but you can never be too old to serve at ALACCA :-) The positions we need to fill include Cabin Leader, Cabin Intern, Kitchen Staff, Bible Teacher, Activity Director, Music Leader, Camp Aide, Night Watchman, teachers for a variety of classes, Archery Instructor,Lifeguard, and more.

All volunteers are required to complete an application, submit to a background check, and arrive the day before camp begins to receive necessary training and benefit from time in prayer and fellowship.

CHURCH MISSION TRIPS. Churches can plan now to make ALACCA their missions trip in 2012. ALACCA is the perfect place for your church missions trip! We are recruiting churches far and near to serve at ALACCA. The only cost to the church team is transportation to and from camp. Food, lodging, training, and an opportunity to have an eternal impact are provided. A love offering from church teams is always welcome.

SUMMER INTERNSHIPS. Young people, high school and older, can plan to serve as a full summer intern. College Students, and young adults, are you looking for a place to serve God and grow in your faith? Do you need a site to fulfill your Bible College service credits? These are unpaid positions, but we will assist you to raise support for your summer missionary service.

PRAY & COMMIT. Please take this to the Lord in prayer – NOW. Make a decision to serve, make a commitment - NOW. Be obedient to God's leading to serve the least of His this summer at ALACCA. There is plenty of time to get the dates on your calendar and
ask for time off work. The lost souls here in North Central Idaho are just as important to God as those from around the world.

NEXT STEPS. Call or e-mail to find out more about serving God at ALACCA. If you already know you want to volunteer please complete a volunteer application and send it to ALACCA PO Box 232 Grangeville, ID 83530. You can download a volunteer
application and background check form at www.alacca.org or call (208) 983-1188 to have them mailed to you.

ADOPT A CABIN PROGRAM

Churches are invited to step up and take responsibility for providing the financial resources and manpower to keep one of the nine cabins looking good and in good working order. This would include (but is not limited to) such things as painting (inside & out), plumbing updates, electrical system updates, adding railings to the bunk beds, etc. Right now all
nine cabins are available for adoption. Contact us to let us know which cabin you want to adopt and we will work with you to set up a work list and schedule. Praise the Lord for His body of believers and whatthey will do!

YEAR END GIVING

ALACCA is an investment in Eternity and a light unto the world. ALACCA is God's camp, a nonprofit, non-denominational organization, built on the solid rock of His Gospel and a good steward of the
resources God has provided to you. There are no paid staff at ALACCA. Fees are low to ensure access for all. ALACCA relies on the financial giving of individuals and churches, the physical service of volunteers and missionaries, and the prayers of all God's people.
Donations of checks or cash received and/or postmarked by December 31, 2011 are eligible for 2011 tax deductions. Receipts are provided.
