REGISTRATION

Register early! If you register at least one week prior to the start of a camp session you will receive a $5.00 registration discount. Camper insurance and all taxes are included in the registration fees. Camper fees are to be paid on or before arrival. See our current schedule and fees.

 

CHECK IN & OUT

Camps:

High School & JR High Camps
Check-in Sunday from 4:00 - 5:30 pm
Check-out Wednesday at 1:00 pm

Parents are invited to stay for dinner and the opening chapel time on Sunday. 

Elementary Camps
Check-in Wednesday from 4:00 - 5:30 pm
Check-out Saturday at 1:00 pm

Parents are invited to come for the closing activities at 11:30 and stay for lunch on Saturday.

Retreats:

Check-in Fridays 4:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Check-out Closing day 1:00 p.m.

 

WHAT TO BRING

 

DRESS CODE

ALACCA is God's camp and therefore we need to honor God in all we do, including how we dress. Please pack clothing that is modest in style, length, and texture. All clothing & swimming attire must be judged modest by our judgment. If we judge something as immodest, you will be asked to change or wear additional covering. Logos or phrases need to be honoring to God. No short shorts, two-piece bathing suits, halter tops, midrift shirts, skin tight clothes or strapless dresses.

 

WHAT TO LEAVE AT HOME

Candy, food, gum, and pop. All portable music devices, cell phones, or electronics of any kind.

 

CAMP STORE

The camp registration fee includes credit at the camp store to buy pop, candy and small "trinkets." Bring money if you want to buy a t-shirt.

 

CAMP FACILITIES

9 cabins nestled among the fir and pines with accommodations for 108 including a shower and bathroom in each cabin. 

A 20 room lodge with a shower & bathroom in each room.

RV hook-ups (water & electricity).

A dining hall that seats over 120, including a large, fully equipped kitchen.

2 chapels; 1 seating up to 150 and the second seating 70.

Sound and AV equipment.

An outdoor chapel overlooking the South Fork of the Clearwater River.

A covered gym, activity fields, recreation room, and library/game room.

Swimming in the south fork of the Clearwater River.

Hiking trails.

 

CAMP LOCATION & DIRECTIONS

Camp ALACCA is located at 101 China Garden Road, Harpster, ID 83552. In Idaho take U.S. 95 to Grangeville. Go east on Main Street through downtown Grangeville, which turns into State Highway 13.  Continue on Hwy 13 down the Harpster Grade into the Clearwater Valley and follow the river north just a few miles into Harpster. After you pass the RV and trailer court on the left, watch for the ALACCA sign. Turn left, cross the bridge, and turn left again. Go straight ahead on to the ALACCA grounds. Feel free to call for directions.
