Sloppy Joes 5 pounds ground beef 3 pounds chopped onions 2 pounds celery 28 oz ketchup 1 Tablespoon garlic 1/2 to 1 cup brown sugar 2 Tablespoons mustard Brown ground beef. Add onions & celery and cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients and cook until thick. Serve over toasted buns.
